Go with the flow… It’s about the journey, not the results.
Pain in Yoga (Well..let’s stretch this to everything) is a sign to back off. Move easily in the direction you can. To expand your comfort zone, use easeful movement and you’ll improve, be able to accomplish hard things easily, and get more things done with less effort. Pushing through pain will make you tense and feel stressed and worn down. You cannot get anywhere good from being tense.
So to get where you want: move easily…feel, observe, listen and embrace life.
Love yourself and become a superhero.
